Independent Living Case Manager
Shira graduated from Centre College in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in English and a minor in Education. She originally planned to be a teacher, but she actually ended up starting her career at an adult education center before transitioning to social work in October of 2022. She has been doing Independent Living since then, and she absolutely loves it! Young adults have always been her favorite group to work with because they keep her on her toes, and she feels like she learns just as much from them as they do from her. She has stated that she looks forward to continuing that path with Hope Hill!
