Ms. Engle has a Bachelor of Science in the field of Early Childhood. She worked as a Montessori teacher while living in Texas. After moving to Kentucky, she began her career with Gateway Community Action. She retired as the CEO in August 2022 after 32 years of service. She and her husband Pete have been married for 39 years. They have one son, Zachary, a daughter in law Brittany, a grandson, Grady, and granddaughter, Charley. Ms. Engle enjoys boating, riding their trike, working in her flowers, spending time with family, and community service.
