Triple L Programs & Services

The Triple L Youth Ranch Residential Treatment Program serves youth who are experiencing difficulty making positive choices and managing behaviors and emotions. Most have experienced abuse, neglect, rejection, abandonment, delinquency, emotional trauma, or family breakdown. Most have had inadequate parenting and family role models. Youth who may have completed locked secure acute care programs receive continued treatment in a less intensive social environment. Triple L also coordinates education goals which includes access to alternative education options.

Services Provided to the youth in the Residential Treatment program include:

  • Group Therapy
  • Individual and family therapy
  • Contracted psychiatric services
  • Academic support services
  • 24 hour awake staff
  • Individualized treatment planning
  • Aftercare services
  • Substance Abuse treatment
  • Independent living skills focus
  • Random drug screen

The criteria for admissions into the Residential treatment Program includes but is not limited too:

  • Youth ages 12-21
  • Low-average IQ or higher
  • Psychotic symptoms managed
  • Assaultive behavior controlled

Triple L open residential program emphasizes youth empowerment for managing behaviors, emotions and responsible decision making. Family involvement is stressed whenever possible and when appropriate. Triple L discharge goals may include reunification, foster care, adoption or independent living.
