Hollie Sharpe, Chairman
Hollie L. Sharpe of Liberty Township, OH is serving as the Board Chairman for Family Connection Inc. He is a graduate of Anderson University and has worked for Ohio Casualty Group as a Senior Litigation Specialist for almost 30 years. Hollie and his family attend Springdale Church of the Nazarene in Cincinnati, OH where he is active as a Men's Ministry leader and Small Group coach. Hollie became involved with the ministries of Family Connection at the invitation of his college roommate. He enjoys the opportunity to be of service to hurting teens by sharing his organization and administrative talents. Hollie considers it a privilege to serve on the Family Connection Board of Directors for which his father previously served for 15 years.
Ron Maurer , Vice Chairman
Ron Maurer of Murfreesboro, TN has been serving on the Board of Directors since 2005. Ron is a Professor of Social Work, Social Sciences and Public Administration at Trevecca Nazarene University. He also has a Ph.D. in Public Administration. Ron and his wife Jacque served nine years as missionaries in Japan and now attend the Rockvale Church of God. Ron became involved with the ministry of Family Connection Inc. to serve by using his professional/ educational training and spiritual gifts
Steve Lewis , Treasurer / Audit & Finance
Steve Lewis of Morehead, KY has been serving on the Board of Directors for six years. A graduate of Anderson University, Steve is now working as an Auctioneer-Realtor. He attends the Morehead First Church of God and became involved with Family Connection Inc. to help children in need. Steve's father had also served on the Board of Directors.

Fred Gaskill is a retired professor from Anderson, IN.
Greg Wilkins , Audit & Finance
Reverend Greg Wilkins of Colorado Springs, CO is in his second year of service with Family Connection Inc. He attended Anderson College and is currently the Senior Pastor of Vista Grande Church of God. He became involved in the ministries of Family Connection because he is anxious to help serve broken families and is passionate about helping to bring transformation in young people's lives. He also serves on the State Credentials Board and the Northern Churches Care Board of Directors. In addition to his service to the Kingdom he enjoys photography, fly fishing, reading and exploring new places.
Doug Shearer, Finance Committee
Doug Shearer of Huber Heights, OH recently joined our Board of Directors. Doug is a graduate of Wright State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business. He also became a Certified Public Accountant through the Accountancy Board of Ohio. Doug became involved with Family Connection because he believes in the ministry. He considers it a privilege to serve on the board and provide oversight to the ministries financial management which enables the leadership and staff to continue their important work of counseling youth through life's most difficult situations.
Jeannette Groeber, Member
Jeannette Groeber of Mt. Sterling, KY joined the Board of Directors in 2009. Jeannette graduated from Eastern KY University with a Bachelors in Social Work. She continued her education the University of Kentucky earning a Masters in Social Work. Jeannette first learned of Hope Hill as a child when she would visit the campus with her mother. Later she was hired by Hope Hill while she finished her education. Jeannette and her husband Chris have also been foster parents. Now as a faculty member for Morehead State University she has the privilege of placing practicum students with Hope Hill Social Workers.
